Solution : Evaluating new
equipment and processes.
We evaluated a new equipment installation and process changes for
the Films Division to determine the impact on the rest of the operation.
The predictive technology from PROMODEL identified unforeseen constraints
including the automated guided vehicle operations. The new equipment
was purchased, the processes were changed per our recommendations,
and the plant was able to produce 40% more output versus their previous
expectations. Specific quantitative results are proprietary, but
millions of dollars of benefit were realised with the PROMODEL solution. |
